• Every underwater activity your club runs, not just scuba: freediving, finswimming, underwater hockey, pool sport diving, cave diving, adaptive diving, first aid, marine biology, photography… Each member is attached to the sections they practise, with the grades and medical clearances that go with them — one registry instead of one spreadsheet per committee
• Members AND instructors registry: dated statuses, search, filters, stats, import/export
• Certification progress (multi-agency, TIV, freediving…) — the level updates itself upon delivery
• Club treasury: income, expenses, bank reconciliation — tracking for the treasurer, Scubalia collects nothing

Everything in Organizer is included (classes, invitations, rooms, documents and vault). Club members only need a Scubalia account. The dive log stays personal: it follows the diver, not the club subscription. 🎁 Each of your members gets the Standard plan (dive log) offered by the club for the whole season — as soon as they link their record to their account. The price covers up to 200 members per year per club; beyond that, write to contact@scubalia.com so we can look at your needs and send you a quote within 3 working days. ⚠️ Membership fees collected by your club through Stripe carry a commission charged by STRIPE, under the contract your club signs with it. Standard rate in France and the euro area: 1.5% + €0.25 per successful payment with a European card. ⚠️ Three things change it: your club's country and the card type (a non-European card costs more); the AMOUNT, because the fixed part weighs on small payments — €0.25 on a €10 payment is already 4%; and CURRENCY CONVERSION, about 2% more whenever the payment currency is not the account's. The exact rate is shown in the Stripe dashboard, and your treasury records the REAL fee of every payment, read from Stripe — never a copied rate. Scubalia charges nothing on these fees and never touches this money: it goes straight from the member to the club's account.
